A class exhibition for my New Genres class as part of my Media Arts course at RMIT. My work, Monotony, was a series of small boxes that you peek into to see the world within. Inside were monotonous scenarios play over and over and over… a creature counting the days in a cell, another dealing with an unending drip from the ceiling. 

Under the Gun features installation, video installation and interactive-based work to showcase the diversity of approaches within Media Arts new genres course. This course looks at that which is not easily classifiable and operating outside of the traditional definitions of what constitutes contemporary art practice.
